CPunkPlay Terms and Conditions — Philippine Gaming Platform Rules

Welcome to CPunkPlay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and CPunkPlay ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the CPunkPlay website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at cpunkplay.app.

CPunkPlay is an online gaming platform designed for Filipino players aged 21 and above. The platform offers real-money gaming in Philippine Peso (PHP) across several categories including PBA Betting, Live Casino, Pusoy, Tongits, Bingo, and Slots. By accessing any part of CPunkPlay, registering an account, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using CPunkPlay immediately and not register or maintain an account. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device.

To register and maintain an account on CPunkPlay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. CPunkPlay strictly prohibits gaming by anyone under 21 and will verify age during account registration and at any point thereafter upon request.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of each gaming session. CPunkPlay operates under Philippine gaming regulation and is not permitted to service players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether through CPunkPlay's own responsible gaming tools or through any national self-exclusion register applicable in the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a CPunkPlay employee, in a role that would provide access to systems that could influence game outcomes or account management.

CPunkPlay reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and any other documentation deemed necessary to confirm compliance with these requirements. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible player may register one (1) CPunkPlay account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update CPunkPlay promptly if any details change.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. CPunkPlay will never ask for your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised that specific action. CPunkPlay uses mobile OTP verification as part of the registration process. This helps protect your account from unauthorised access and ensures that all registered users can be contacted via a valid Philippine mobile number.

All financial transactions on CPunkPlay are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). CPunkPlay does not use tokens, credits, or any other virtual currency system — all deposits, balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in real PHP. There are no currency conversion fees.

Deposits: CPunkPlay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made through GCash and Maya are credited to your CPunkPlay wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered Philippine payment account — the same method and account used for deposits. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within 2 hours. CPunkPlay does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside CPunkPlay's control.

Verification before withdrawal: CPunkPlay may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000. Verification typically requires a valid government-issued Philippine ID. This is a regulatory requirement, not a reason to delay your payment — CPunkPlay processes verified withdrawals as quickly as possible.

All funds deposited into your CPunkPlay wallet are held in segregated accounts, separate from CPunkPlay's operational finances. Your balance is yours and is always available for withdrawal subject to compliance with these Terms.

CPunkPlay offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback rebates, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion's description page.

• One bonus per household / IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Welcome bonus is available to new CPunkPlay members only — one claim per player, per eligible first deposit. The offer cannot be retrospectively applied to deposits made before the bonus was claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion page. All CPunkPlay game categories contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
• Free spins winnings are credited directly to your real balance with no separate wagering requirement, unless the specific free spins promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your wallet are exhausted. Your real money balance is always spent first, which means your real money is always at risk before bonus credits.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus credits expire 30 days from the date of issue if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus credits are removed from your account automatically.
• CPunkPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion in progress will have their existing terms honoured where practicable.

All CPunkPlay games of chance — including slots, bingo, and live casino games — use a certified cryptographic Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces outcomes independently of all external factors including player history, account balance, or any system intervention. The RNG is audited by independent third-party testing agencies to confirm compliance with international fairness standards.

CPunkPlay's card games — Tongits and Pusoy — are played against other real registered players on the platform. CPunkPlay does not use automated bot players in its card game rooms. The platform may use software to facilitate fair dealing and game management but will not deploy bots as opponents in player-versus-player games.

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game, CPunkPlay's system will resolve the game round in accordance with the applicable game rules. If a round cannot be resolved due to a critical technical fault, any bets placed during the affected round will be refunded to the player's wallet. CPunkPlay is not liable for losses resulting from intermittent internet connectivity on the player's side.

All betting limits — minimum and maximum per game or round — are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for confirming bet amounts before confirming wagers. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed once placed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on CPunkPlay. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to mask your true location
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in CPunkPlay's systems
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to play games or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players in card games or any multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds from illegal sources
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or CPunkPlay staff in chat or support channels
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute legitimate deposits after related bets have been placed
• Allowing another person to access and use your CPunkPlay account

CPunkPlay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all CPunkPlay account holders and can be activated directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time alerts: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose in a given period before your account automatically prevents further play for the remainder of that period.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from CPunkPlay. A temporary exclusion can be set for periods between 24 hours and 12 months. A permanent self-exclusion closes your account entirely and cannot be reversed.

CPunkPlay collects personal information from you during registration, identity verification, and as part of normal platform use. This information is processed in accordance with CPunkPlay's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CPunkPlay will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated service providers involved in payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance — in each case subject to data processing agreements that protect your information to the same standard CPunkPlay maintains internally.

CPunkPlay uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. Your financial and personal data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised CPunkPlay personnel with a legitimate business need.

All content on the CPunkPlay platform — including but not limited to the CPunkPlay name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of CPunkPlay or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use CPunkPlay's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform for gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any CPunkPlay content without prior written consent from CPunkPlay. Any unauthorised use of CPunkPlay's intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, CPunkPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, even if CPunkPlay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CPunkPlay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits over the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

CPunkPlay makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. CPunkPlay does, however, commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime as a service standard and to communicating planned maintenance periods in advance wherever possible.

CPunkPlay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, CPunkPlay will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of CPunkPlay after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using CPunkPlay and may close your account by contacting support at support@cpunkplay.app. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, CPunkPlay strongly encourages players to attempt resolution through our customer support channel. The majority of account and payment issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with the CPunkPlay support team, without the need for formal proceedings.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, CPunkPlay's system logs and RNG records constitute the authoritative record of what occurred. These records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years and are available to regulators upon request.
